Extreme Weather

The IPCC (Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change) appears to be backing away from its global warming predictions now that warming in the world seems to have stalled over the past ten years or so.

The prediction now is for extreme weather in the form of heavy rainfall, flooding, etc.

Critics of the IPCC are very busy responding to this turn of events.
